free debit card. With the Extreme Checking account, customers can earn interest, at a rate of 3.05% on balance up
to $25, 000 and will not pay ATM charges anywhere across the USA. The Extreme Checking account requires no minimum
balance, and there are no monthly fees. A Regular Checking account does not earn interest, and only SCU ATM
transactions are free. The extra benefits come with the Scott Credit Union online banking services; 24 hour access;
bill payment; transfer money between accounts; a financial software package for tracking and budgeting purposes;
and the last six months statements and images of checks available to view. This is linked to mobile banking,
enabling account checking from one’s mobile phone. To help you keep track of the account, SCU has a system of
E-alerts, which can be sent by text, or by e mail, telling you when a large transaction has occurred on your
account, money has been deposited, or your account balance falls below a certain amount.
